Boarding
Montclair Animal Clinic provides your pet with a safe, secure home away from home. Whenever you go out of town, have renovations going on, or require a hospital stay, you can rest assured that we are here to take care of your pet’s every need.
Our indoor boarding area is housed in a clean, climate controlled facility. We maintain separate quarters for dogs and cats to ensure that all visitors will have a calm and pleasant stay. Our boarding facilities include Shoreline cages with elevated runs for dogs. We provide everything your pet needs to be comfortable, and each pet receives personal enrichment from our caring staff members. Dogs are walked several times a day to get exercise and take care of business.
We feed our guests Hill’s Science Diet, however, you are welcome to bring in a daily supply of your pet's food from home to avoid any upset tummies. Our kennel manager monitors the appetite and urination/bowel movements of each boarded pet, and our veterinarian will be alerted if any problems are noted. Patients who are boarding and require medications will receive their meds as directed. In order to protect the health of all boarded pets and patients at our facility, we require all lodgers to be up to date on their vaccinations, and they need to be parasite free.
